Rental Agreement Terms
Rental Fees & Charges
Daily Rate: $_______ per day

Fuel Policy: Renter provides own fuel. Vehicle must be returned at same fuel level. Refueling charge applies if returned low.
Late Return Penalties
- 50% of daily rental rate for delays not exceeding 12 hours
- Full day rental rate for delays exceeding 12 hours (charged per day or part thereof)
Insurance & Accident Policy
- If accident occurs, hire is immediately terminated
- Renter liability: 35% of insured value
- Renter responsible for negligence damages
- Insurance excess payable regardless of fault
Deposit Conditions
Deposit may be retained for:
- Damage or loss
- Grass marks or other vehicle marks
- Accidents (with or without police report)
- Repairs or replacement
- Excess mileage
- Fuel charges
Refund processed within 48 hours if no damage/claims.
Renter Restrictions
Renter agrees NOT to:
- Carry passengers for commuting (business taxi use)
- Allow another person to operate vehicle
- Use vehicle illegally or violate laws
- Be responsible for all tickets, fines, fees
- Use vehicle to push/tow another vehicle
- Race or compete
- Operate negligently
- Perform repairs without authorization (voids whole deposit)
